- Returns for Store Credit or Exchange are available on full priced items only. Unfortunately we are unable to offer Refunds on any order.
- Once an order has been processed through the online store we are unable to cancel the order.
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorization and instructions for garment return. Once the authorization is sent, items must be returned via trackable delivery within 5 days to be eligible for a return. Once returned, we will examine the item via a quality control checking process to ensure it has not been worn/wash/used. Following this the purchaser will be issued a store credit which will be valid for up to 6 months from issuing date. Alternatively we can process a direct exchange for a different size or replacement garment to the same of lesser value of the original garment. A store credit will be created if the replacement garment is of lesser value and a manual invoice will be processed if the replacement garment is of higher value than the original product. The total store credit issued will not include postage costs paid for the original item as this is a external cost.
Please choose Underwear, Pierced Jewelry and all Head wear (Hats etc.) carefully as we are unable to complete any returns on these items due to health standards DU abides by (we are happy to assist with sizing and garment details to eliminate the need for returns of these items).
We will not accept returns after the 7th day of the item being delivered. Since we can track delivery on all items, delivery date will be determined by DHL.

We ship worldwide from our International Warehouse located in the Southern Hemisphere. DHL Worldwide Express is our courier of choice as they deliver to most locations in 3 - 5 business days from shipment date. DHL does not allow us to ship to PO Boxes, thus if a PO Box is listed as your delivery address we will have to email you to organise an alternative address for your order. This slows down the processing and shipping procedures immensely so please ensure a PO Box address is not listed for your order.
We endeavour to process your order within 24-72 hours and will alert you via email when your purchase has be shipped and is traceable.
To anticipate your order's delivery please trace the parcel using both DHL website of your delivery country or the tracking link we will email to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
If your order has taken any longer than the stated delivery times please check the tracking details of the parcel and feel free to email us at email@example.com stating your order number and a contact phone number and we will help where we can. If you email us within this period, it may take up to 72 hours or more to respond. Most of the time you will find the package will turn up, and once it has been shipped and we receive a tracking number - the responsibility is out of our hands, any further disputes must be taken up with DHL and Paypal. Patience is a virtue and shipping is not instant. We ship three times weekly.

Orders may be cancelled for several different reasons. If your order is declined, you will be made aware via email, with the reason stated as to why. Orders may be cancelled in several cases, and full refunds of purchase price and shipping costs will be made.

Once you go to check out, it is up to you what currency you choose to pay with. Paypal will then make an automatic conversion for you.
